my mom's id now asks her to log in for security and we enter her icloud address and passcode and get message security lock and reset on web address appleid.apple.com. then next security question of her birthday, did not work...nor is the email hers. she is 96, WHY does apple require a log in when all she does is play games on it. Why is there a security lock and WHO can I call to get her ipad working for her again. I am not very fond of apple right now!
