It doesnt show startup options when I hold power button for 10 second as decriped in the article.
THis problems started after keep restarting macos big sur. I dont know what exactly gone wrong I just uninstalled the applications last recently installed but this didnt fix restart issue.
Some how I successfully open macos with some reset combination but still I cant reinstall MACOS
MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.14
How can I add this report here ?

Here are the various startup screens for your Mac. Do you get abs of them and if so which oneIf your Mac doesn't start up all the way - Apple Support?
As you said when "most of the key combinations start with first pressing the power button."
And if it doesn't bring that startup Options no need look for something else go to Apple support or there is only one thing u can you if.you have second MacBook.
Bec. With second MacBook there are other options which you can install. Everything in DFU mode from second macbook
When you have second MacBook you can reset your MacBook and reinstall everything without that power button
