Location based automation not working

I just got a new iPhone and ever since then none of my location based automations are working. I have a routine in my Alexa app to turn lights on when I get home, and I have Blink security cameras set through IFTTT to arm when I leave and disarm when I get home. This all worked fine on my old phone but currently isn’t working at all on my new phone.

I deleted my old phone out of my apple account so that shouldn’t be the issue. Find my iPhone is turned on and set to my new phone. Location is set to always on for both the Alexa app and IFTTT.

Also I have a Focus set for when I get to work and that’s working which is even more strange.

Anything else I’m missing?
