My sound
Ever since I updated my phone to iOS 15.2.1 my sound has been glitchy when I’m on face time and most of the the time I can’t even get to the face time screen. It’s just a blurry screen of my Home Screen.

A couple of things to try.
First, try a forced restart
• Press and quickly release the volume up button
• Press and quickly release the volume down button
• Press and hold the side button.
• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.

If this doesn't work, try turning off Low Power Mode.
Go to Settings > Battery, and turn off Low Power Mode.
