Corrupt Movie File on Apple TV App

I'm trying to watch the extended version of Halloween Kills with commentary on the Apple TV app and the file seems to be corrupt. The screen is green with some weird pixelation. The movie works fine when watching the theatrical version with commentary or when watching the extended version without commentary, but for some reason the extended version with commentary is messed up. I've tried watching it on my MacBook Pro and iPhone, and neither one works. On the iPhone the screen is completely black, not green. How can this be fixed?
