failed to load services in family sharing

last week my kids music was acting up, not loading their music or playlists, then it just wasn’t loading anything on their music account after another day went by. Mine continued to work. I removed them from my account and tried to re add them, now they are unable to click on the invite, tells them cannot complete this action. This morning when I go in to try and resend the invite, it’s showing this now, Failed to load services.

We see that you're unable to connect to load services in your Family Share plan. First, let's ensure that your data connection is working right. Here is a couple articles on these steps:


If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network

If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad


You are able to check on the Apple systems status to make sure this feature is currently working in your area too:

Additionally, review the Family Sharing setup and make sure everyone is set up properly:
