Apple Music Lossless/ALAC on an android.

I can't seem to find an answer from Samsung Tab A support on what Apple Music quality this tablet supports. Seemingly if running the latest Apple Music app the internal DAC will decode ALAC. Correct?

Some songs not downloading in lossless quality in Apple Music for iPhone I just noticed that some of the songs that I downloaded in my library aren't downloaded in lossless quality even though I have lossless downloads turned on. When I erase these songs from my library and stream them using internet they play in lossless quality, and the difference when listening to them is pretty noticeable. I've tried downloading these songs again after deleting them and being able to stream them with lossless audio, but they downloaded in bad quality again. Why is this happening? (In the first picture, a downloaded song, the lossless badge is missing. In the second pictured, the same song being streamed with wi-fi, showing the lossless badge)

Tesla Apple Music integration In the last Tesla software update, Apple Music integration has been added. However explicit content cannot be played although I have it allowed on every device of mine and even on Apple Music website. Anyone has any idea how to toggle explicit content filtering off?

Apple Music Android no longer casts to Google Home Devices I have set Apple Music up as my default music provider on my Google Home. Up until recently, everything worked fine but then I couldn't get any music to play by either voice command or casting. I removed Apple Music from my home and re-linked and set to default music provider again. This enabled me to be able to use voice commands to play music again but I am still unable to cast from my phone. I click the cast button, select the speaker, it beeps and then.. nothing! I've just confirmed that I am able to cast Spotify and Google Podcasts with no issues, so the problem is limited to Apple Music only. Please don't make me switch back to Spotify!

I have a Klipsch 9.1 surround sound system, all top of the line speakers for their relative position in the room. The subwoofer is the Definitive Technology Trinity SuperCube. I want to use my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5g smartphone as my Apple Music source, and have an optical output that will pass 24/192 IN to my STR-DA9000ES receiver. I think I'm going to try a new (still available) Chromecast Audio device and the mini-toslink to optical cable and see what happens.
