On your new iPhone, open Settings ➡️ General ➡️ Transfer or Reset iPhone ➡️ Erase All Content & Settings: This will delete all data and reset the iPhone and return it factory settings (As it was set when new). You can then ➡️ Use Quick Start to transfer data to a new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from your old iPhone.
