Playlist Missing Android/Samsung S21

I am primarily a Mac user but an Android/Samsung S21 phone user. I can sync my playlist without issues on my Windows laptop, but since my Galaxy S9, I have not been able to sync all playlists on the Android app. I followed instructions given on another thread:

Deleted App>reinstalled Apple Music App>cleared cache>turned the phone off for 30 secs> powered phone back on>logged out of Apple Music>powered phone off for 30 sec> powered bag on and logged in and no change!
