Optimum Webpage Unreadable

Ordinarily, I would use safari to log into my optimum account to pay my subscription and various other issues. Lately, I navigate to the site and it seems blocked and I can see the website scroll up and down in the background but a solid blue “wall” is blocking 85% of my view. But if I use Chrome, I can go about my business as usual. What is that all about??
