Apple Pay Not Returning After Being Rejected

To make it as short as possible, I tried to give my aunt $100 via iMessage Apple Pay , she rejected the $100, the money says rejected but no money returned to my bank account. What department am I even supposed to speak to about this? This isn’t iTunes or Play Store so I can’t ask them to look for a subscription service to cancel and send money back for.
