How can I turn off my phone?
My phone is frozen on second screen I can’t get out of. Cants turn phone off or receive phone calls. How do I turn my phone off?
Try a Hard Reset:
- Press volume up (quickly)
- Press volume down (quickly)
- Press and hold the power button until the Apple logo ( ) appears
