LTE Randomly disconnecting

My LTE will randomly disconnect itself when I’m on WiFi. The only way I can fix it is by restarting my iPhone. When it is disconnected, it drains my battery A LOT. Does anyone know why this happens?


I have an iPhone 13 mini that has a Verizon eSIM.

Try restarting the WiFi network.


If that doesn’t work:

▷ Update your iPhone. 📲


If that doesn’t work, try a Hard Reset:


  1. Press volume up (quickly)
  2. Press volume down (quickly)
  3. Press and hold the power button until the Apple logo ( ) appears


If that didn’t work, it could be a hardware issue. ⚠️

Force restart an iPhone with Face ID

To force restart iPhone X, iPhone XS, iPhone XR, iPhone 11, iPhone 12, or iPhone 13, do the following:

Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the side button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
