I have an iPhone and when I look at my T-Mobile bill it only shows text made to android phones but to all iPhones I text to that are used iMessage they don’t show up on the bill how do I find out when I texted on an iPhone if I don’t keep them on my iPhone

Text messages sent to Android phones go as SMS and are billed to you by your provider. iMessages go as data to other iOS devices and Macs and as such are not billed.
You can find out what you sent to other iPhones - and iOS devices - only by the messages you have retained on your iPhone. You won't see them on a bill.
