Outlook or Browser Issues
Hi There, I was trying to login to an App recently and was having a problem with the link provided in the email sent after verification. Clicking the linking or Copying the link and trying to launch the app via Google or MS Edge also failed.
In the meantime I also notice that I can't launch Support from Norton which which was highlighting that there was no internet connection after trying to connect to the site, although these were active and working.
I have now been able to launch the App by forwarding the email to icloud from outlook and have been able to launch the App but still haven't resolved the problem with Norton.
Please can you assist with some answer as to what is the cause of these problem and how to solve it.
Note: Outlook is set to launch links thru Safari.
