MacBook Pro is not working

I just got a new MacBook Pro this summer. Two days ago when I opened my computer there were colorful lines on the screen. Today it randomly shut off and when I try to turn it on the Apple comes on with the colorful lines and shuts right back off. I haven’t really had any issues before and I am not sure what is going on? How do I fix this?

You can try a safe mode boot, but that seems to be a hardware problem. Use the Get Support link in the upper right of this webpage, and discuss your options with Apple.
