Monterey OS and Pixma MG7120
I recently purchased an iMac with Monterey OS. I am trying to navigate to getting my printer to use the scan operation but it doesn't give me the option to scan. Can someone help me?

The Canon MG7120 is AirPrint compatible so doesn't need any drivers. Remove it from the System/Printers & Scanners preference pane and close the System Preferences. Reopen the System Preferences and add the printer back with the AirPrint or wireless option.
If the scanner has a menu window you may have to log into your WiFi network from it before it will connect with your Mac.

If all else fails try the demo version of VueScan. I use it even though my Epson software works because it's a better app.
Is your firmware on the printer up to date?
The canon printer is printing but I am unable to navigate to the scanner either by the printers menu window or going into system preferences and opening up the printer/scanner window. The only option is print not scan.
