When to change battery

I have an iPhone 11 I bought brand new a couple of years ago. Maximum Capacity is down to 83 percent already on the battery. Seems sort of low for only a two year old phone. Anyway, at what percentage should the battery be replaced?

iPhone 11, iOS 15

They recommend it when it's under 80%, but I believe that in many countries where Apple does a same-device battery service (and not a device swap for a battery service price), it can be done on demand.

83% after two years seems in line with Apple's rating of 80% battery health after 500 complete charge-discharge cycles.
