Disney magic mobile pass

The prompt that is supposed to appear after clicking “add to Apple wallet” is not coming up. There is a brief loading screen, and then nothing happens. iPhone is up to date, as is the Disney app. I deleted and re-downloaded the Disney app, I restarted my phone. I do use my Apple wallet for other cards and it works fine. I logged into our account on my husbands iPhone and the magic mobile pass worked on his phone. I don’t know what to do to get the magic mobile pass added.
