Spotify and NRC does not work offline (apple watch)

I bought the apple watch series 6 LTE and i set up everything for being able to go for a run without internet connection, the first 15 min was okay but then it stopped working, it would connect and send sound to my airpods but spotify would not connect and it was stuck showing “Yeyo’s Apple watch”. I of course tried all troubleshooting and it still did not work, it is impossible that is not up to day because i just set everything up. I also downloaded runs of Nike Run Club and as soon i went offline the app did not load because it was “not connected to internet”. seriously why do you sell something but actually it does not work?

can you please update your software and stop restricting apps to use all the potential of apple devices?
