Only Apple or Apple Authorized Service Providers can replace the screen on your iPhone with an Authentic screen, which will include the True Depth Camera. They will only replace the screen on an iPhone which is not severely damaged, nor has it ever been serviced with aftermarket parts by a 3rd party service. For example, if the back of the phone has cracked glass, Apple won't replace the front glass.
