Help I have a subscription with an app but in settings there’s no option to cancel it just says to reapply subscription. But it’s still active and I can’t change my Apple Pay information because it’s still active. I went into the App Store and there’s no option to cancel there. What do I do? This is really frustrating. I can’t find answers anywhere.

if it was me then I would

Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

and make sure I really did cancel it
