How can someone revert to a previous iOS version on iPhone 12? Someone doesn’t like the green dot

;-) thx. I only have the orange dot, but a friend is bothered by the green one. I hear ya. Something I read said it could be turned off in dot notification settings but we never found that anywhere. Any assistance with privacy should be welcomed, I would think. Thx
You cannot downgrade iOS on the iPhone.
The green dot is simply an indicator to help you protect your privacy. There is no reason not to like it

No, Apple doesn't support downgrading the iOS.
The orange one indicated the microphone is being used. The green dot means the camera is being used.
First, the iPhone 12 never ran iOS 13. It can with iOS 14 out of the box. If the green dot is on the user should figure out WHY the camera is on, not ignore the warning that the camera is on.
