When I open the Photos files app, theres nothing

When I open the files app, theres nothing . It’s fully empty. But it’s getting filled. Like when I click photos, the free space level srinks. And I can’t find any image, any pdf or anything on that app. It’s simply empty. What can I do in this situation. And the iCloud is showing emty too. But I uploaded a lot of photos there.
