How to get a refund from an Apple app?
I have an old Apple ID but forget the password and I just get the billing for application I don’t use anymore.
I need to ask refund for it. Thank you

If you forgot the Apple ID (iCloud) password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
Normally, all sales are considered final, but you can ask for a refund.
