Itunes won't let me login

This error generally means that your Apple ID has not yet been provisioned for use with the Apple family of iTunes and App Stores. Do you recall seeing an updated Terms & Conditions prompt for your Apple ID recently? If not, see if you can get it to populate and Accept.

Try going to Settings > [your name] > Media & Purchases > View Account.

Let us know if you see the Terms & Conditions page from here, and if you do, does the issue continue after you accept them?
