My right air pod has very weak volume. They are fully charged and I have reset them. I have tried different apps to see if that was an issue but the same problem with all. Is it just broken?

If no help, try this:
Go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual and scroll down to “Balance L vs R” (Adjust the audio volume balance) and make changes.
