Pending Purchase in Payment History (Gift Card Balance)

I have a pending subscription purchase in my purchase history, however it was paid with my existing balance from a gift card. What is needed for it to complete verification? I have an Apple Card on file and all other purchases with my gift card balance went through immediately. My balance has been deducted but the application still says I have not paid for the subscription(Twitter Blue).

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

We understand you purchased a Twitter Blue subscription with a gift card, but the app states the payment has not been made. All other purchases went through but this one didn't. Since we do not have access to your account information, we are not able to check your purchase history. So, we would recommend you contact Apple directly using this link: Get Support
