Podcasts in iOS 15

Why does my podcast lineup disappear now with the new system? I put them all in the order I want but when I reopen it deletes them all. This never happened in previous versions. When I open the app it starts a totally different podcast. Very frustrating! This happens on iPad also.

iPhone podcasts not working properly Podcasts. Only a generic icon is showing for all podcasts. Podcast downloading takes excessive time. Playing podcasts starts and stops.

Podcast not syncing Currently using iphone 7 and ipad air 2019. Both updated to iOS13.2.3. Whatever Podcast I am playing on my iPad is getting displayed on my iPhone, but the same is not happening for iPad!!! Any talks on this??? I toggled the podcast sync on and off, even backed up icloud... but none of them worked.
