I just purchased a IPad Pro today and set it all up.
All the photos I had on my iphone were transferred onto the iPad. Which I didn’t want so I deleted them off the iPad and then deleted them again form the recently deleted folder.
But I didn’t realise that this would delete them off all of my Apple devices and I’ve just lost 6 years of photos.
Is there anyway of getting me back?
I checked iCloud but there weren’t any photos on there.

Unfortunately not. Once they’re deleted from the recently deleted album they can’t be recovered. ICloud is a syncing service. You can turn it off on individual devices or turn it off on all devices, and have iCloud back them up.
You should be able to retrieve them from the Recently Deleted photos album on iCloud using a web browser.
Sign into www.icloud.com
Click on the Photos icon.
When the Photos page appears you will see the following
Click on Recently Deleted. Hopefully all your photos will be there to restore to your main library
