I have a LG tv and iPhone 13 pro how can I do the screen share?

Ensure that you LG TV and your iPhone are on the same Wi-FI Network. Ensure that your LG TV is an AirPlay compatible TV. Check the LG TV's manual to see whether it is. I cannot clearly see what is displayed on your TV's screen. I do see Screen Sharing however I do not see whether it is AirPlay compatible or not.

You will need a medium to transfer data/video/sound from your iPhone to your Airplay compatible TV. That medium is the Wi-Fi Network. If you do not have a Wi-Fi Network then AirPlay/Screen Mirroring will not be possible with your setup.
