Try this. If you've got no cellular access, you'll need stable Wi-Fi.

What you are describing is a phishing message. It sounds like a ransomeware attack, which you won't get on your phone. So, let things be.

Report this Phishing Scam:

Next time such a message pops up, take a screenshot of it, and send it to Apple. Apple wouldn't popup with you such a message about a hacked device. Do as instructed here: Using the Photos App to Report Scams - User Tips.

Modifying your Credentials:

Did you interact with this message, in some manor? If so, consider modifying your credentials. If not, then just let things be

• Modify: your login credentials (Using Both a New eMail and a New Password for each and all sites)
• Associate: a different method of payment to your account
• Enable: Two-Factor Authentication for Apple ID and for all other accounts that have such an applicable option
