Subscription issue with BritBox
Installed BritBox app and subscribed through iTunes. The app doesn’t recognize my subscription and wants me to pick a plan to view anything. Haven’t experienced this with other apps. Anybody else?

If you subscribed to the Apple TV app Channel BritBox, then you would have access to that through the Apple TV app Channel BritBox. If you subscribed to BritBox outside the Apple TV app, then you would have access to BritBox in the separate BritBox app. These two types of subscriptions are not exchangeable as such. They have different terms and conditions, different perks and limitations. Choose one type, and stick with that.
