Friends seeing my location tracked by Apple Watch GPS

Hello,

I would like to go on long runs in the mountains with my watch only. If I have the Apple Watch SE without cellular model, will my friends be able to see my location on my run when the watch does not connect to WIFI or my i-phone nearby?
