COD mobile question for login with apple id

I was using the Apple ID login for COD mobile. I changed my email address for my Apple ID and that changed to the rest applications such as App Store etc. When I try to login to CoD mobile with Apple ID, the old email is shown as my Apple ID and I cannot login in the game. I tied reinstalling the app and restarting the device but nothing worked. Any advice?
