How can I get to see my email account on my desk top computer.

We ask as the menus and options can change slightly between versions of the OS, and we want to make sure we provide the most accurate steps. Are you using an email client like Windows Mail or Thunderbird? There is no iCloud email app, only online mail.

Have you set up the account on the client? Are you using an app specific password rather than your Apple account password/

The iCloud app/program does not have a mail client.
