cannot access zerohedge.com from iphone SE, IOS 15.2.1

i can access with others' smart phone and Windows 10, but not using my iphone SE IOS 15.2.1, Safari brower? Receive , "Discrimination Notice Privacy Policy Disclaimer..." This just started a couple of days ago.

Accessing the website www.gov.uk. On my MacBook I cannot access the above uk website. I just thought that during the current situation it was probably busy all the time but it fires up quickly enough on my iPhone 5s. My MacBook is running on Catalina 10.15.5 and I use Safari as my browser. Any suggestion as to what may be wrong?

Can a website grab your IP address and show it to other websites and people without your permission? Im a bit worried since sometimes i find sites that are just a blank page and I’m worried if they’re websites that grab my Ip, thank you
