MacBook chipping

This is mostly a question for someone who actually works at apple because I expect them to know about what kind of material this is. I bought my polycarbonate MacBook in dec 2020 and I use this for daily use. When I got it. It already had a hole in it. And then on the opposite side it ripped of more poly material and created another hole. And then it keeps ripping. I need it to stop ripping. If it continues to rip off. The entire top cover for the keyboard and trackpad will slide right off. (In fact same for the screen bezel)
