How do I recover my passcode without resetting my phone and losing my apps, pictures, etc?

If you forgot your passcode, then it's too late to be recovering data.

You will have to rely on your most recent backup.

You won't lose your apps even if you have to start from scratch, those are linked to your Apple ID.

You would lose any app data that is not part of your backup or not in iCloud.
