Memory leak and Pink screen are still happening on macOS 12.1

I have both memory leak and pink screen of death on M1 Max and macOS 12.1. I thought they fixed this issue?

It happened on FCPX, Blender, Photoshop, and Capture One Pro. Something isn't right. I already reset the pointer but it didn't solve the problem. macOS is very unstable and I can not work with it since it keep crashing and suddenly shut down by itself.

It's def a problem with macOS, not hardware. The pink screen issues started since the 1st day when M1 released and I already tested with multiple M1 Macs.

For memory leak issues, it's still consistence on many professional software including FCPX. The project sizes were less than 1gb and yet, it used more than 64gb of RAM or up to 128gb!

I can not work unless Apple solve these issues while they figure out what's going on.
