There is this app called MEGA, apparently the screen time on phone for past 3 days is 24 hours for this app but the weird part is that I haven’t even installed this application. Does anyone knows how to fix it?

Settings, Safari, Clear history and website data
Kinda impossible then, so something is spoofing it.
You could turn Screen Time off, Turn Safari off, then erase all website data in Settings, Safari.
Personally I would leave it like that but if you really want that unnecessary data you could turn Screen Time back on.

I'm having this same issue on my iPhone except it's the app Medium. I never installed the app and as far as I can tell it isn't on my phone, but starting on Friday 1/28/22 Screen Time is reporting it open 24 hours a day. Nobody else has my AppleID and I'm the only user of my phone.
