I scroll through them and accept them and when I accept there is a server error., I have tried several wifi including my iPhone and get the same result.
Any thoughts people?

Reinstalling the os Monterey
Via the options when starting up: holding the power button, choosing options and then reinstall. (M1 MacBook Air)
What are you doing when you get the error?
Can you successfully log into icloud.com?
Are you using a VPN?
Do you have any antivirus or internet security apps installed?
Where are you located?
i click on the banner or open system preferences and click on the Apple ID and agree to the T&Cs. It then says server not available and nothing happens, it's very ground hog day as I repeat both of the above to try and get it to accept my agreement.

Or from the existing install of monterey?
even reinstalling Monterey hasn't resulted in being able to agree to T&Cs.

What do you mean by " reinstall software"?
Have you downloaded the installer for Monterey 12.1 and are installing it over an existing install of 12.1?
