Caller ID Private no matter setting

Please Read EVERYTHING before you suggest things because I have tried some things.

So every time I call my husband it says "Unknown caller" even though i'm saved in his phone.

I also recently called a local restaurant that blocks private numbers and my call wouldn't go through because my number was private?

Another weird thing is my mom said my number showed up for her on her landline and my contact info shows up for both her android phone, my sister's iPhone and my nana's iPhone. So it literally been my husband and this restaurant. (Also I called the restaurant from my husband's phone and the call went through so it's my phone for sure)

• Going to Settings > Phone > Show My Caller ID > Tried both on and off (Green and Gray)
• Restarting my iPhone
• Sprint/T-Mobile employees have looked at my phone and couldn't see an issue

I'm trying to avoid the factory reset and going to the apple store if possible because it's so crowded in there all the time and with COVID spiking again I'd rather not risk it.
