Airpods Max problem when watching a video

Whenever I play a video on MacBook Pro, my AirPods Max disconnect. The bluetooth connection doesn't drop, I'm still connected. I don't have this issue on Apple Music for instance. I have it when I watch a video on my Mac whereas it's on my disk or on YouTube. I've tried to reset the AirPods Max et reconnect them but that doesn't solve this issue.

"Unfortunately this isn't helping. We are talking about AirPods Max. They do connect with the Mac, no problem with that."

Contact Apple Support:

If these are covered by protection, then request a new pair.

Apple Contact Info:

Why the Wait:

Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)

"Airpods Max problem when watching a video: They are covered by protection, and they work very fine in every other environments. Like with my iPhone or when I'm listening to Apple Music on my Mac etc. Replacing them seems a little bit excessive.."
