My Pages app no longer works. Every time I try to edit an existing letter or start a new one and type in it, it closes the app down. Apple support Could not help and just sent me back to the developer via the App Store which just takes me back to apple.com
how do I fix this issue? I’d like to use the app.
Check Settings > General > iPhone Storage and be certain your free space is never less than 10% of your iPhone’s total storage.
If that space is adequate and your letter is stored in iCloud, check Settings > [your Apple ID] > iCloud > Manage Storage and be certain you have adequate space there.
There is no problem with storage space on my phone. It is a brand new iPhone 13 and I have tons of extra storage space. I checked the AppStore on the Pages app and see that this is a known issue, with many people reporting a mirror image of the same issue with the app suddenly closing down. Please fix this.

I do not (and never have) work for Apple. Like most everyone here, I am a volunteer. Pages works just fine for me.
