Just updated to IOS 15,and now my Epson DS-50000 scanner doesnt work.
Epson doesn't provide a driver for IOS.15 Monterey. So my scanner is kaput...?

iOS 15 isn’t Monterey because macOS Monterey version is 12.0 , unplug the printer from its cables , usb and power cord , turn off your Mac 💻 then plug back in all cables the usb to your Mac the power cord to the outlet then turn in your Mac , go to system preferences find printers & scanners try to add the printer and wait the Mac will install the printer software itself
Yes, you are correct, we are dealing with OS12. There appears to be an issue with 32-bit compatibility with OS 10.13.4 and later.
After downloading and installing Epson Scan 2 Utility and scanner driver v.6.6.25 and Epson software updater, I was able to communicate with my DS-500000 scanner.
