Can’t delete files from the recent folder

I have the ipad 2019, in the recent folder there are 3 files that I want to delete, but when I press delete I get the message: << The operation can not be completed, can not communicate with the helper application >>? I tried a lot of explores files with the same result. I can not delete these three files in any way.In addition, when I install any file explorer in the recent folder, all three files "appear".

Are you attempting to delete files that are located in a non-Apple cloud storage provider - such as Microsoft OneDrive or Google Drive? If so, launch the corresponding App that you will have installed on your iPad - and attempt to delete the files from there.

The “helper application” to which the reported error refers is very likely to be the App that provides integration with the native Files App. Sometimes, it is necessary to refresh your account credentials from the corresponding App.
