1password: wrong sign-in address on Mac

Hi!

I started a subscription on 1password for an eu-account. The issue is that when adding the account to my Mac, the Sign-in address is locked to https://my.1password.com instead of ".eu". This is because i wrote the wrong sign-in address the first time i were trying to add the account to my mac.

Now i have tried to delete the app, delete cache on my browser (firefox) and much more, but the mac always remember the account when downloading it over again. This is frustrating because i cant find a way to delete its memory from the mac. It works on all my other devices (windows pc, iphone, ipad and web-browser).

Is there a way to delete the entire memory from the app so that the mac starts the app as a brand new one when downloading it? Im running Mac OS Monterey on my MacBook Air.

SOLVED!

After searching around on internet and on my Mac, i finally solved the problem!

The steps (shown in norwegian) was simple and something everyone can do:

  1. I did not have to delete and reinstall the app. Doing this did not help!
  2. First you need to open the app. Could do this from the lauch pad.
  3. Then, shown as step 1, you first have to press "help" in the top menu bar.
  4. Then, shown as step 2, you have to press "feilsøking" which i think is called "troubleshooting" in English i think.
  5. Then, shown as step 3, you have to press "tilbakestill all 1password data" which i think is called "reset all 1password data" in mac with english text.
  6. Then, shown as step 4, a box called "Tilbakestill all 1passord data" appears. In english; "Reset all 1password data".
  7. Then you just have to follow the steps mentions in the box and press " Delete Data and Start Over".
  8. When opening the app again, all the data will be deleted and you can add a new user with correct sign-in address.

Hope this help some of you!
