Apple TV 4K overscan on Toshiba CT-8541 Smart TV

I’ve been having this problem for a while where my apple tv 4K cuts off the edges of videos that I’m watching, which is especially noticeable on youtube. It’s been frustrating me constantly and I cannot seem to figure out the issue.

I have adjusted my tv’s picture zoom several times changing it from ‘full’ to 16:9 to ‘cinema’ etc, I don’t have the choice of ‘native’ and the youtube app on my actual TV is absolutely fine picture wise, it seems to be just the apple TV that has the issue. It’s unbelievably frustrating and I cant seem to watch anything without it being cut off.

I have no overscan button in my TV settings or in Apple TV settings and I am at an absolute loss on what to do. I have looked into the section on zoom and over can in the apple TV settings and the picture is just between the full screen and minimum screen windows.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
