You did the right steps trying to reset them. If that didn't solve this, then we'd try updating the firmware on your Beats: About Beats Updater
If that doesn't solve it, do you have other Bluetooth devices you can test with your iPhones? Or do you have other devices you can test pairing with your Beats?
That will help us narrow down the issue further.
